Copyright is the exclusive legal right given to the creator to print, publish, film or record literary, artistic or musical material and to authorise others to do the same.

Explain what a location release form is and why its needed for filming?
A location release form, filled out by the user and signed by the supplier states the name of the production and the locations needed to film in the suppliers facilities. It is needed to authorise the user, allowing them to film on that property.

What is a contributor release form and why is it required?
A contributor release form is a form that a person fills out requesting to edit or publish another persons piece of work. It hereby grants that person permission by the author to use their work in the way in which they please. It is required because without it you may be charged with copyright.
